BPD Identify Victim in Bailey Ave. Homicide

Buffalo Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting, which occurred around 8pm Saturday night. 19 year old Jermaine Martin, of 123 Shirley Avenue was gunned down while he was apparently standing with a group of friends. The group was in the vicinity of Bailey and Stockbridge Avenues, when the shooting incident took place.

The victim was rushed to Erie County Medical Center where he expired just before midnight. This is the city's 15th homicide of the year.

Buffalo Homicide Detectives would like to question 18 year old Gerald "Na Na" Gibson, who has addresses both in Cheektowaga and Buffalo. The individual was seen leaving the shooting scene in a silver colored Ford Taurus.
