BPD Make Arrest in Sex Abuse Case

Buffalo Police have made an arrest in connection with a sex abuse case involving a young female in South Buffalo. Buffalo Police have arrested 47 year old Angelo M. Jacobi of Buffalo and charged him with sexual abuse in the 3rd degree, committing a criminal sexual act in the 3rd degree, endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.

Buffalo Police made the arrest after investigating an alleged incident that took place between the defendant and the victim at a closed bar on South Park Avenue. Police believe the incident happened Tuesday evening, May 20th.

Officers Charles Clifford and David Rachuna from 'A' District made the arrest. The case is currently in the hands of the Buffalo Police Sex Offense Squad.
