Buffalo Police Homicide Squad Detectives have arrested a man in connection with a murder two years ago. 21 year old Timothy Wargula of Folger St., Buffalo, was picked up by detectives last Thursday as he was a passenger in a vehicle driving towards his Folger St. residence.

Homicide Detectives were looking for Wargula in connection with the shooting of a man outside of 54 Grey St., on January 23, 2006. Wargula was charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

The victim, Alfonzo Felder was shot on January 23, 2006 while at 54 Grey St., at around 3:30 pm. He later succumbed to his wounds, at the Erie County Medical Center, on January 31, 2006, according to Chief of Detectives Dennis J. Richards.

Detectives Patrick Judge, Michael Acquino, Michael Mordino and Mario Pratts, led by Detective Sergeant Daniel F. Rinaldo took Wargula into custody without incident.
