Corporate Challenge Parking

If you're attending the Corporate Challenge race set for Thursday evening, June 10th in Delaware Park, the Buffalo Police Department has some simple reminders.

With the usual high volume of traffic expected for the race, vehicles parked in "No Parking Zones" on  side streets in and around Delaware Park will not be towed.

But police will be ticketing and towing any vehicles that are parked in unsafe areas including: blocking driveways, blocking fire hydrants, blocking crosswalks or parked in hanicap areas or parked on exit or entrance ramps.

With parking at the race site extremely limited, The Department and race officials recommend using off-site parking and free shuttle service available at Buffalo State College.

No parking is permitted on the grass areas in and around Delaware Park.

With the race scheduled for 6:45pm, you're urged to arrive as early as possible.

Also police remind you not to leave anything of value visible in your vehicle.

That includes money, wallets, purses, gps systems or anything else of value.

You're urged to leave these items at home or store them in your trunk BEFORE arriving at the race.

As always, make sure your vehicle doors are locked and windows are up.
