BPD Arrest Two in Shooting that left Three Injured

Buffalo police have arrested two individuals in connection with a shooting, in which three people were struck by gunfire.

The incident happened on October 26th in the vicinity of Townsend and Peckham Streets around 10:10pm.

Ferry Fillmore District officers arrested 38 year old Dennis A. Triplett of Buffalo and 40 year old Ricky M. Grace of Niagara Falls and charged them with multiple counts of attempted murder, criminal possession and criminal use of a weapon.

Two of the three victims have been treated and released from ECMC. One, a 21 year old male, remains in serious condition.

Triplett was taken into custody by C District Detective Marvin V. Sanford and Officers Robert E. Lee and David K. Daniels. Officers William Hoffstetter and Jason Schneider arrested Grace.
